All BMWs taking part are rated within a rating point system within their related categories.
The main part of the competition will take place on Saturday. The cars of the winners of the “Greatest BMWs on Planet” will be awarded at the great trophy ceremony. The most beautiful BMWs and show cars will be awarded with over 200 trophies within each category. Another 50 trophies will be handed over to the winners of the BMW & Mini Race Contest.
An experienced jury will process the rating of all participants’ cars of the Show & Shine contest (participation included in admission – everyone can take part at the contest). The cars will be rated by an appropriate fair system.
The winning cars will be awarded and presented at the great trophy ceremony.
The vehicles are classified into separate categories (series and types – “E36 Coupe” are rated in a separate category). In each category several trophies will be handed over – the number of trophies depends on the number of participants in each category.
You will receive your starting number at the registration office next to the Show & Shine competition are (the number is at the right top corner of the info sheet). It must be placed always visible in the windshield.
Afterwards you can drive ahead to get to the rating jury. You have to be there in time! Please reserve your parking place (warning triangle, chair, etc.) – that no one else takes your parking lot. The usher will support you if you have any problems. Only BMWs and MINIs will be awarded.
The handing over of the trophies for Show & Shine, dB Contest, ¼ mile race etc. will take place on Sunday afternoon on the track of the ¼ mile races.
