Is this meeting just for BMW drivers?
Yes it definitely is. But we would also be pleased to welcome MINI drivers. Of course, we will not refuse some other car brands at the entry. For those there is a separate visitor / non-BMW parking space on the area.
I did not buy a ticket at the pre-sales. Can I buy tickets on site?
Yes not problem. The tickets on site are not limitted. Everybody will get in! And the entrance is open all days and 24h every day.
Until which time can we get in / we might arrive at the evening / at night?

How about the validity of the tickets?
Each ticket is valid and necessary per person.
You do not need an extra ticket for your car or for camping – your car and camping is included.
All tickets are valid till end of the event. There is no ticket “Friday only” it is always “Friday till Sunday” or “Saturday till Sunday” or “Thursday till Sunday” or “Sunday only”
You can leave the event at any time and can get back in as often as you like
What about the accommodation / camping?
On the event area, there is enough camping space available. You can arrange your camping area right behind your cars. Taking a shower is also possible there. If you do not want to sleep in a tent, there is also the possibility to stay in nearby hotels. Information and some recommendations can be found here.
Are caravans / camping vehicles allowes?
Yes of course! All vehicles which are made for camping / sleeping (caravans, camping vehicles, vans with mattresses) are allowed and can be parked in your camping areal. Please park them in second row / next to your tents and not in the first row with your BMWs / MINIs. There is no power connection for the caravans (except in the VIP area). Can I call you for reservations in advance?
We are sorry, but booking camping space in advance is not possible. Reserving places for friends coming later is possible.
I am a tuner and would like to exhibit my goods at the event.
Yes, of course it is possible to show and sell your stuff on our event. We have already received many applications. We take care for best conditions on the traders’ mile. More information can be found under “Information > Exhibitor Registration“.
Is having barbecue / self-supply with food allowed?
Yes, it is allowed to have barbecue on the grass with a standard grill. Open fire in the form of campfire is forbidden. Additionally, we offer enough food to buy at our catering stands
Is there a power connection / power supply on the camping area?
No there is no power at the camping area. Just bring your own power generator or ask your camping neighbour (he might have one). Power is only available within the very limited VIP area at central connections points.
